Known as a Mysore style of practice, these are inspiring classes offering real and sustained change. The Teachers (Potts and John) are very experienced and combined offer 30 years experience. There is a commitment to listen to your needs and work with you to achieve your goals.  Every Thursday, Potts offers a private session for students who are committed practitioners for free from 5.30am to 6am. See whiteboard in class to make a booking.

When: Monday to Thursday: Students may start practice anytime between 5.30 to 6am.
Friday:  A full led class commences at 5:30am and begins with 15 minutes of pranayama. Students are asked to observe silence and promptness.
Where: the shala at 12 Stirling Rd, Claremont
For Whom: Students who have memory of the sequence to their level of practice.
Students seeking traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga of first, second or third series.
There is also an alternative sequence available for those seeking greater variation.
Class Price: $240 for 1 month (4 weeks)
$100 Weekly (7 days)

All the Above Passes Provide Unlimited Access to All Classes on the Timetable for the prescribed period.
$20 casual attendance for the Travelling Yogi or by arrangement with Potts.
A 5-6 day  practice has been long recommended so that the yogi builds up enough residue from the practice to be held in the state of yoga for the one or two days of non-practice. Adjustments and asana instruction are given to you with care, concern and the intention to show possibilities.

Each class is valued at $20. On a 4 Week Pass this means you pay for only 12 classes when you can attend 24. In fact, on the 4 Week Pass you can actually attend ANY class on the timetable.  This is amazing value and means if you sleep in one day you can always go to a Talk Thru class that night for no extra cost  Feel like a chilled out class, no problems head along to the Yin Restore for no extra outlay. Extraordinary value!
